Sadie’s day began with a trip to the campground’s general store to check out their doggie section, which was “quite limited” according to a disappointed Sadie. Then we waited the arrival of a dear friend Mary Darrach, along with her friend Karen & Mary’s pup Sweet Pea (who by the way, lives up to his name – he really is a Sweet Pea) !! They stopped by on their way up to Mary & her husband Bruce’s vacation home in Plattsburgh! Us humans had a blast drinking Prosecco & chowing down on pizza. But, as you can see by a few pics, Sadie just wanted to sleep & had her back turned to Sweet Pea during the entire visit (check out the expression on his face in the 3rd pic) until the rain stopped & we all went for a stroll. What a fun day !! Thanks so much for visiting us & bringing me a taste of home gift … Ring Bologna !! 👍🤣

Bruce was actually at work & we did try to FaceTime with him, but, we couldn’t make the connection so we just chatted on the phone for a bit. 👍😃

I think Ms Sadie needs lessons on how to be a more gracious hostess. Did she even offer Sweet Pea a puppy sundae? I love the look on Sweet Pea’s face in the third picture!
