There are plenty of wildlife here, thankfully no actual turkeys, just turkey buzzards by the hundreds ๐ณ ! Today I found out that boiled peanuts ๐คข & gator jerky ๐คฎ are popular snacks in these parts ๐คท๐ปโโ๏ธ ! No thanks.
This campground is filled with mature adults, and some VERY mature adults, but, guess what … I haven’t seen 1 child or teen in 2 days ๐ ๐ !
This definitely isn’t Disney, however, Management does offer a wide array of activities, too numerous to individually name, so I attached a photo of the list.
Sadie adjusted very well to her new surroundings. She’s happy as long as she has something to sniff.
This afternoon I found out that on Saturday mornings they offer free coffee & donuts at the activities center. Well, this morning while they munched on Krispy Kremes, my tiny home was the hot topic, so immediately after the donut event was over, the golf cart paparazzi arrived ๐ on my lot. Of course they had a hundred questions, most of which I answer in my usual story telling way. In the past 24 hours I met at least a third of the 900+ residents.
I also met a really cute 10 week old beagle named Kaylee. She was a little spitfire !!

I love that your tiny house is always the talk of the town, it is beautiful and so unique, quite the conversation starter and way to meet people! and oh my that puppy beagle is adorable! those birds are scary though! I am afraid of birds lol. I saw Hitchcock’s “The Birds” at WAY too young of an age lol.
