Sorry that I have been absent from blogging, but, we are in dire need of your thoughts & prayers.

We just returned from a trip to a local veterinarian. There is no easy way to tell you this. Sadie has been diagnosed with non-operative oral squamous cell carcinoma. This diagnosis is in addition to her heart murmur, arthritis, enlarged liver, fibroid tumors & collapsing trachea.

The vets office said to let her do what she loves to do, keep her comfortable & enjoy the rest of our time together.

She is a happy girl who still loves to walk & eat & sniff !! And she still won’t go inside her taco bed !!

Please keep Sadie in your prayers !! 🙏🐾💖

  2. So sorry that you received such terrible news. We lost our mastiff girl in June and it took us till now to think about another dog. Each one we lose takes a piece of our heart .

  19. The problem with our wonderful pets is that they dont live long enough. Sadie has been such a joy to you just keep her close and enjoy her Beagely ways. Love lori and chance.

    1. Oh how sweet, your words were beautiful, thanks Dorothy ! I just gave her a smooch from you ! Next week she has an appt at a different veterinary place for a 2nd opinion on the cancer. I’ll let everyone know next week. 🙏🐾💖

  21. Donna, you and Sadie were lucky to have found each other. Sometimes we choose our pets, but sometimes our pet chooses us. I think you and Sadie chose each other. She is one lucky dog and you will take wonderful care of her and make her comfortable. Praying for you and Sadie. 🙏🏻🐶💙

    1. Hi Nancy & the Scranton gang !! Hope y’all are doing well !! Thank you for the sweet comments & prayers !! Miss Sadie is doing well & is scheduled for surgery this week to remove the tumor. I will post an update afterwards. 💖🙏🐾☮️
